I recently started wearing glasses for the first time, and I wasn't exactly sure how everything worked. So, I decided to reach out to Focal Point EyeCare for some help. I have to say, I was super impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to walk me through each step of the process, and Charles even brought up some important things I hadn't even thought about, like the cost of frames on top of the exam fees. I was able to quickly schedule my appointment and get all the info I needed about my insurance coverage beforehand. Plus, they helped me pick out some really stylish frames that didn't break the bank. Overall, I'm really happy with the fantastic service I received from Focal Point Eye Care, and I can't wait to get my new glasses!

Phenomenal care from front desk to Optometrist. I started going here in my 20s and 2 decades later, I drive from downtown KC because I love their care.
